Hi Al and Margo,
When we adopted our puppy from you, we promised to keep in touch...so today, on his first birthday, we are making our promise good.
What a fun 1st year we have had. Higgins is such a joy. He has been a wonderful dog from day 1. He was virtually house trained from the day we got him home. He is very obedient and easy to train. He is lovable and gentle. We make sure he get's lots of exercise and outdoor time. In total, he's pretty spoiled. Our families love him. It is obvious that he will be a great hunting dog. Mike took his vet school board exams yesterday, so hasn't had a chance to get him out yet this year. We spent lots of time swimming with him this year, which he LOVES!
